Unable to locate the JCA Resource Adapter via .jca binding file element

Issue –> Some times we will get the JMS adapter errors as below .

Error –>

BINDING.JCA-12510 JCA Resource Adapter location error.
Unable to locate the JCA Resource Adapter via .jca binding file element
The JCA Binding Component is unable to startup the Resource Adapter specified in the
element: location=’eis/jms/TestQueue’.

Cause –>

The reason for this is most likely that either
1)Resource Adapters RAR file has not been deployed successfully to the WebLogic
Application server or
2)” element in weblogic-ra.xml has not been set to eis/jms/TestQueue.
In the last case you will have to add a new WebLogic JCA connection factory and
(deploy a RAR).

Solution –>

Mostly issue is due to incorrect JNDI name entered for the JMS Connection in the JMS Adapter Wizard. Recheck those steps. The error message prints the name of the JNDI name used. In this example, it was incorrectly entered as eis/jms/TestQueue instead of eis/wls/TestQueue.
